This was our very first home; our hearts are still buried deep in its foundation! This home was build in 1968 with unique mid-century modern vibes and great bones. This house had it's quarks and needed a lot of love. We wish our time with this home was longer so we could have taken on a few more projects (bathrooms and exterior), but let me tell you, the 2 years we lived there were FULL of not just fun renovations but also keeping up with the basic property maintenance! We had some major success with this home, as well as epic failures and quite a few facepalms! Whew! To say The Mid-Century Modest home taught us a lot is a huge understatement!
